Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed, and 5-7 business days for shipping.
(Usually a total of 2 weeks for your order to arrive.)
Time of arrival is based on all orders being shipped from the warehouse to our offices, and then out to the customer. Shipping costs include estimated freight cost, insurance, packing and handling and delivery confirmation with tracking.

Return Policy Information

We will only accept returns on items that have manufacturing defects. All returns must be made within 20 days. Only items in unused condition will be accepted.       No returns will be accepted for size or color variations. Shipping and Handling Charges will not be refunded. A Shipping charge may apply if we must send the item back to the manufacturer.

safer than shopping at your local mall AND as safe as any shopping experience can be.   The chance of your credit card being stolen, however, while shopping at Scandals is extremely unlikely since we use secure pages for our online checkout process. Once you order, you will be sent a detailed e-mail message of the products you ordered.
